Well- a paladin is a kind of knight, and Charlemagne was the king I pledged myself to in life. [He ignores the fight for the explanation, though idly swatting at hounds that get too close.] The Founder King is my new Master, the one I pledged myself to in death, as a Heroic Spirit.
