Maybe he's just jumping to conclusions and making assumptions here, but a group that would use child soldiers like that..... he doesn't think he likes the Order of Lorelei very much, without even knowing what it does, just on principle.]
The closest thing we've got to anything like that is probably Robin and Wren, I guess? They were the tacticians for the army they were part of back home.
