Until we know for certain how time works in relation to the fissures, I have to say Chrom would be the worst, simply because his presence back home is so vital.

As for the best, I don't know... I'd love to see my son again, but he could be helping out in my absence. Maybe Tiki? I know my brother's been missing her. The chance to meet some other millenarians might be good for her, too.
