In a word: Wary. Letty has the unique privilege of being someone that Izunia looks at and goes "well they're in worse mental shape than I am" but even more so, he's seen how Prompto responds to her on the network and he's put two and two together regarding the source of Prompto's sudden uncertainty about souls on the beach, even if he hasn't actually gotten to figuring out that Letty tried to bargain it out of the kid.

And he's uh.

He's really fucking protective. And so while Letty may be innocent of any physical harm, she's clearly causing Prompto a great deal of distress. So under the wariness, his hackles are kind of up. He'll play the political circling and tolerate her presence, but he doesn't like her, at all, and if he caught her bothering Prompto he'd probably step in with a weapon, outright.
