Pidonus' view of Astolfo alternates between being terrified by him, and impressed at his sheer force of will and spontaneous nature. She likes him overall, and he's more of a positive influence on her than she wants to admit.

His opinion of her certainly (quickly) changed from their first meeting, he still is wary of her in being morally questionable, but seeing how she's been manipulated and controlled by her Queen - and her lack of agency in that, almost- makes him want to help her a lot.

He thinks she's really fun to be around, and enjoys weirding her out a fair bit.

The fact that Pidonus is actually realizing she cares what Astolfo thinks of her is definitely a positive influence.
