Being around Masayoshi is one hell of an experience for him, and there's almost as much conflict and confusion with him as there is with Kurama. He is... so fucking terrified of getting attached to people, too, and yet this guy is someone he's already grown to care about.

And he isn't the type to jump into believing in anyone, and yet this guy! Is someone he's already wanting to believe in, with all his heart! He wants Masayoshi to help prove to him that there are people to believe in. It... really fucking helps, too, that nothing of what they talked about after that game night has been revealed.

That's already helped in building some trust towards Masayoshi.
