He doesn't know why Morgana believes in him, and he doesn't know why that's actually helping him believe in him, but... it's working. Aiden is genuinely wanting to believe there's a chance at happiness and a better life, thanks to this not-a-cat-almost-friend.
Everything in him is still screaming that there's Danger on this path, but Morgana is making progress in silencing that alarm.
