Hello, and welcome to Phantasmal Rift! This post serves as our OOC intro post as well as a CR meme and general game update post!

GAME UPDATES:

SETTING: Nothing new here! Since the game's only just opened, you don't have any new setting pages to explore. But if you haven't yet, be sure to check out the Keystone Station page for all the info on the station itself, as well as the Housing Page to find out about your characters' living situation!

DUNGEONS: This month's dungeon will be the Keystone Shoreline! More information will come later in the month, but there's quite a bit more to it than the beach you explored on the test drive...

CALENDAR: The Game Calendar is currently up to date through the first week of May! This part of the game updates also comes with a poll! Do you want weather updates for the game? Do you want them on the calendar, or as a part of the regular game update, or something else?

APPLICATIONS UPDATE: Due to the near universal difficulties with the app word limit this round, we're upping the maximum to 2000 words. ~~Also your mod is an idiot who forgot the contact info line that's also been fixed.~~

What's their deal?: An immortal spirit who got summoned for a war that he didn't really care about until he adopted a sad looking boy as his new best friend. He's coming from moments before what would be his own death, so as far as he's concerned this whole situation's pretty alright and he's ready to have a good time. He has optimism and idiocy in endless supply, if anyone's in need of some.
Plotting: I'd love for him to make friends, and definitely some enemies! Astolfo has no idea on what he's doing, nor does he really plan to. Drag him along for shenanigans.

...It wouldn't be long, Goro likes to call Akira affectionate pet names like 'dear'. It's so obvious when he has romantic feelings for someone that pretty much everyone knew long before he found the courage to publicly admit he and Akira were dating.

They are. It's really for the best that he got out of that closet, it was transparent anyway. But depending on the teasing, he'll either blush or play up the flirting with his boyfriends. Possibly both.

Both is good, he'll still tease him for being all blushy but also he'll cheer him on for ramping up the flirting and give him a little high-five behind his back.

Look, he can't help that he blushes easily, okay? Shut up. ...Actually, sometimes he even blushes from happiness or excitement.

He's not complaining, 'cause it's adorable, he just likes to be a pain and this is so easy...

Just keep in mind, Goro is petty and vengeful, with a trolling side of his own. He will get even.

So in the test drives, Astolfo was actually the first to see Pidonus 'space out' - a side effect of her "Queen"'s influence on her. Might be interesting to investigate that over time, possibly?
